I have been using Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar very sporadically for the last year or so. I have mainly used it as a quick pick me up during the day. You simply add a teaspoon or so to a glass of water and drink it. It gives you a little extra energy to get you moving throughout the day. I would typically put it in a bottle of water, then I could easily carry it with me if I was on the move.
It wasn’t until about 2 weeks ago that I found that I prefer to drink it hot. It was then that I came back to drinking it on a regular basis.
Here is what I do:
In the mornings I run a full pot of water through my coffee maker and set it to keep it warm. I pour between a teaspoon and a tablespoon (I don’t bother measuring it) of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar into my coffee cup, then fill with hot water.
I occasionally add raw honey for a sweeter flavor. I refill my cup as needed and I sip on this throughout the day. Each day I finish the whole pot of water and sometimes part of a second one.
Let me tell you what a difference this has made for me! I no longer desire coffee in the mornings. It has stopped the hunger pains and even the sweet cravings throughout the day. I have more energy to get things done and my “get up and go” is still right here with me! But the best news for me, I have lost 13 pounds and I haven’t changed anything other than I drink the Apple Cider Vinegar each day! No exercise, no extra walking, nothing.
Now, I’m not saying you shouldn’t exercise because you should. I’m just letting you know how drinking organic raw apple cider vinegar has helped me thus far. I can’t wait to get out and start walking again and see where else it takes me!
