Orders and Shipping
We try our best to get things packed and shipped to you quickly. Our typical turn around time is no more than 2 business days. and sometimes within 24 hours. During peak times (ie Holidays/Events) this timeframe may be extended.
All of our products are shipped via the United States Postal Service and typically arrive within 4-5 business days. You will receive tracking information via email, once your goodies are ready to go. Shipments that go out Priority come with standard insurance. If you’d like to purchase more insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items are not eligible for a refund at this time.
If our products arrived damaged, please contact us right away and we will be happy to take care of you.
